First off, I’ve never met a vet—or a vet team—with the knowledge, care, and attention that Dr. Dev Mandava, DVM, MS, and his staff bring to the table.
When I moved to Lewisville about four years ago, I kept driving back to Dallas for check-ups and shots. Honestly, it became a hassle. That clinic looked nice and shiny on the outside, but inside it felt more like waiting at the DMV—long lobby waits, assistants who barely glanced at my dogs, and not once did anyone call us by name.
Then I tried Lewisville North Animal Clinic, just 10 minutes from home, and the difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, they knew who I was, which dog I had with me, and they genuinely cared how both of us were doing. Dr. Mandava even brings his own dog to the clinic sometimes—talk about leading by example!
Bottom line: whether it’s a dog, cat, or even a squirrel (hey, I’m not judging), if you want a vet that truly cares, Lewisville North Animal Clinic is it. My dogs deserve the best, and I’ve finally found a vet who feels like part of their lives, not just part of their medical chart.

I have only great things to say about LNAC PC. The staff is efficient and caring. My Ranger had stopped eating was vomiting and had the worst diarrhea. Called on Monday AM and they were able to see him that afternoon. Tests showed he had pancreatitis. Dr. Doolittle was awesome. So gentle with my scared boy. Today is Thursday and he is so much better. Back to his old self. And very reasonably priced. My new vet clinic. Thank you all so much!

I can't say enough good things about Lewisville North Animal Clinic! The entire team was compassionate, patient, and truly made me feel like they cared about both me and my dog, Jacks. They spent a lot of time with us, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed.
Thanks to their care and attention, he's feeling so much better now. I’m very grateful for how thorough and kind they were. It's such a relief to have a vet you can trust.

I would like the thank the staff for being there for an emergency for Charlie. I tried to wait to take him in the afternoon but he started to decline after eating something in the backyard which he never does. As I was in my way to the emergency vet I stopped by since they are literally a block from my house. I explained the situation and they said yes please bring him inside. I have used them wayyyy in the past prolly when it was almost the only vet in Lewisville in the 80’s. They were so helpful and Charlie is back on the mend. I highly recommend them and will be going back. 💚 I know Charlie is thankful as well

Extremely happy with Lewisville North vet. After repeated appointments and excuses from a different vet, I brought my cat to Lewisville North vet. They did everything that needed to be done to diagnose my cat and was even able to do the surgery the same day. I’m so glad I switched to Lewisville North vet and all my animals will now be going there. All the staff were wonderful. Highly recommended them for your furry friend’s care.

I had the BEST experience at this clinic from the receptionist Willa too the Dr, DR Doolittle. There is nothing bad I could say about my visit . Willa was very informative and very pleasant!!! The Dr’s helper (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name) she was AMAZING she kept my dog calm the entire visit and he actually really liked her cause he gave her LOTS of kisses during the entire visit . Dr Doolittle was PERFECT in every way, she was also very informative, answered ALL of my many questions and gave me great advice regarding my dog. She was patient, very kind and extremely gentle and loving with my animal. My overall favorite thing they did at this clinic was that anything they did to my dog was done in the room I was in !!! I got to watch everything they did to my dog. He was nervous at first but I seen him slowly calm down as the visit went on. I was very impressed with this private office !! The price wasn’t bad either !!!! I HIGHLY recommend this family oriented veterinarian office. If you want people that care about your animal this is the place to go !!! I will NOT go anywhere else this will be my dogs HOME CLINIC !!! They get a 10/10 from me !!
